A Brief Epiphany

Today, one of our 单班课 teachers asked me why I was always so tired. I told her, I had no clue, as I wasn't sleeping that much less than I usually slept at Yale (seven, as opposed to eight hours).

Then it hit me: at Yale, I have down time. I can watch TV, I can chat with friends, I can nap, I can go to the gym and listen to Lady Gaga, and still have time to go to class and do my homework. Lack of relaxation time means that I am overloading my sleep hours with excessive tiredness and exhaustion, meaning that those seven hours, which would ordinarily suffice, are not nearly enough.

That's all.
Good evening to you all.
